There is Something in the Water in Guangdong Province, China!

This is from China Daily, the official English language periodical of the People's Republic of China:Twins pose for a group photo at a party of the first "Guangzhou Twins Festival" held in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province, April 22, 2007. More than 20,000 pairs of twins live in Guangdong, and about 100 pairs participated in the gathering.
