I was not going to do a weight update for a while, until I hit 220 pounds/100 kg but then I realized today at noon when I weighed in at 230 pounds/104 kg, that this meant that I have lost 50 pounds/23kg already! That is pretty momentous, so you get a unscheduled weight update today!
This means to maintain my current weight, I need to eat 2458 calories a day, but I am continuing to try and keep my daily caloric intake at 1500 calories, which in theory should allow me to lose just shy of 1/3 of a pound (5 1/3 ounce)/0.15 kg a day with my swimming laps for 1 hour on my 2 days off each week.
