HOW TO: Paleo Diet


This is me at the end of May 2018 and at the end if January 2019. I went from wearing size 44 pants and XXL shirts to size 36 pants and medium or large shirts. I went from 258# to 202#! How? Doing the Paleo Diet.

At the beginning of June I went on the Paleo Diet to naturally take care of a problem with my gut bacteria.

Within weeks, I was sleeping better and solidly throughout the night (I used to wake up 3 times a night at least), had better breath, lost the scaly ashy skin on my elbows, snored less, had more energy.
